Biden's Plan for Climate Change and Environmental Justice Is Non Scientific

Daily briefing: US President Donald Trump has tested positive ... shows that Biden is going to get back behind the World Health Organization (WHO) and rejoin the Paris climate accord. First, the WHO is notorious because it spread false information that the coronavirus was not infectious. Second, the Paris climate accord depends on a wrong hypothesis that controlling use of fossil fuels can slow down global warming. However, global warming does not work for real phenomena. For example, a cloud appeared from and persisted at a nozzle in Bam, Iran for 26 hours on 20~21 Dec 2003 when surface temperature increased 5oC downwind1. Can Global Warming explain what the Bam cloud is and why the temperature increased 5oC downwind from 19 Dec 2003 to 20 Dec in a cold winter?

Based on this cloud, I predicted an earthquake of magnitude 5.5 or above within 60 days at the vapor source to the public at UTC 0:58 on 25 Dec. An M6.8 earthquake hit Bam on 26 Dec, and was the only one in the predicted area and magnitude in the historical record of about 3000 years1. The Bam Cloud and my successful Bam prediction demonstrate that my Earthquake Vapor Model2 is a truth. By this model, I found that the vapor causes mysterious air and sea accidents3,4. I also found that flood, drought, wildfire, tornado and so on are caused by the vapor, but I have not written them down, yet. Namely, the Paris climate accord relies on a wrong hypothesis.
